From a young age, I have been enamored with the diverse physical cultures that exist in every corner of the world. This passion has taken me on a journey across the globe to learn as much as I can from people of different cultures and Disciplines. weight lifting, martial arts, circus, calisthenics, yoga, pilates, various dance styles, or technical crafts like gymnastics, I’ve immersed myself in these disciplines and honed my skills over the years through both performing and coaching.

Beyond my own practice and performance, nothing brings me greater joy than helping others unlock their own potential. I currently split my time between stunt work and coaching while maintaining a commitment to learning and self-exploration.

Cameron Li

I started my fitness journey in 2015 and became a qualified personal trainer in 2017. Since then,  Personal Trainer turned into my full-time job.
In 2023, at the age of 40, I did my first natural bodybuilding competition. Since then, I’ve felt a rejuvenation, experiencing the pinnacle of physical fitness at age of 40.
I believe  “it is never too late to train”.
