ENERGISE
CARDIO

Need personalised guidance during your cardio fix? Let’s get your heart rate up and improve that heart and cardiovascular system. Filled with conditioning exercises persoanlly programmed to improve your fitness levels and wellbeing. This is will not be your average HIIT class designed to destroy your body until it’s broken, but instead to build you up stronger in a more educated environment.

PILATES

Pilates Strength suits everyone who wants to build their strength and defined body without losing their coordination. Body weight drills integrating with barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell is the recipe to nourish your body holistically in this class. All levels are welcomed.

Pilates Flow  utilizes bands , fitness balls , mats and glide boards to create a lengthening and stronger body by enhancement of MIND & BODY connection.

STRENGTH

Integral Strength focuses on building on the fundamental weight training movements such as your squat, deadlift, push and pull movements. Progressively overload and work towards stronger quality reps each week.

The trainer that goes above and beyond! I didnt actually ask for it and Sean emails me a thorough program after our first session. Wow - Normally I have to ask or beg for that kind of EXTRA attention. Extremely professional and shows genuine care not only in your lifestyle (  ie your diet and training world ) yet your personal life. He isn't one to stop RIGHT  on the official minutes of training time, he will continue until your session is done and you are cooked. The most important observation for me, when you are training he has all eyes on you as a client, not looking around or on his phone like I've witnessed before with other trainers.
